Although I spend most of my time designing and making Wedding cakes I also
love to make celebration cakes.
I hope you enjoy the first of many photographs of cakes I have recently made and

Floral cakes are beautiful for ladies' special birthdays as well as
anniversaries. I either decorate these with handmade flowers or a spray of fresh
flowers ... the choice is yours! |

Butterflies and Polka Dots is the theme of this cake, all wrapped in a
decorative ribbon. This cake has been very popular this summer with young girls
and ladies alike ...not always in pink and mauve. It looks equally great in
black and white. |

For the man, how about a simple but stylish square cake decorated with lots of
delicious chocolates. Five candles is more than enough to make this cake
sparkle! |

Another extremely popular cake has been the Candy striped one decorated with
modern roses. Also this cake looked great with the centre filled with dolly
mixtures for a bit of fun. |

Although this was a single tiered wedding cake, it could easily be regarded as a
celebration for an engagement for example. |

All cakes are made from Rich Fruit Cake or Vanilla, Chocolate or Lemon sponge.
